Seemla Tools

SEEMLA web application is built to provide assistance regarding the identification and exploitation of marginal lands for biomass production.
The web application comprises the criteria and indicators described in the SEEMLA algorithm to determine:

1. whether a specific land parcel is marginal within the SEEMLA context (SQR calculation)
2. which sub-categories of marginality the land parcel falls under, based on the constraining factors for plant growth (Land Marginality Check)
3. which bioenergy crops can the MagL parcel efficiently sustain (Suitable bioenergy crops)
